(June of 2002) A religious discrimination suit brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Following a trial, a jury returned a $500,000 verdict in favor of our client and an additional $43,925.00 in attorney's fees were recovered.

Mosley v. Crazy Cajun Enterprises, C.A. No. 2001-55973. (November of 2002) A sexual harassment suit brought in the 280th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The client had $8,000 in loss wages. Following trial, the jury awarded a total of $118,000.
