Eric J. Davis is the senior member of our office and has tried numerous cases to verdict. A former prosecutor, Eric is familiar with all aspects of trial advocacy. Eric has successfully tried multiple criminal and civil cases in Federal and State Court.

Deshonda Charles Tackett is an associate with our office whose practice area focuses on general civil litigation. Mrs. Tackett represents clients in matters involving employment discrimination, unlawful termination, sexual harassment, and wage disputes. Mrs. Tackett also provides employment dispute mediation representation as well as employment severance package review and dispute representation.
